Running with weights 25:52 [2] 4.8 km (5:23 / km) +8m 5:21 / km

Ran to 24-hr Fitness. It turned out this one was a spiffy 24-hr Fitness, as opposed to the regular 24-hr Fitness that I'm currently paying $35/month to use, thus I had to pay them $15 to get in. Was the training worth it? See next.

Warmup (Stretching) 1:00 [1] 0.0 km

Long intervals 35:36 [4] 4.72 mi (7:33 / mi) +38m 7:22 / mi

6×800 on a treadmill with some rest in-between (allocated about evenly). The whole session was at 0.5% incline. The 800s were at 11.2, continuous without exception, 0.50 miles not including servo-up/down time. These correspond to 2:40s exactly.
The rib did not hurt.

Medium pace running (Sub-Threshold) 4:02 [3] 0.63 mi (6:24 / mi) +5m 6:15 / mi

A finishing Luchik 1000.

Note (null)

We had a party at work, with some alcohol involved, celebrating some modules that finally shipped on my project. I did not go running (understandably), and went straight home and slept.

Easy running 1:06:47 [2] 13.3 km (5:01 / km)

(? climb? Kenny needs to reinstate the new code for me to find out what the climb was on this.) Ran from work to home, bypassing the Caltrain bridge. The rib hurt. I think there is at least a fracture, if it's not broken.
