In-between working shifts at the river crossing at the Western States, at night, ran from the "far side" Rucky Chucky aid station to the next aid, and back. Had no depth perception with the white-LED lamp, and kept tripping on the way down. Maybe that's why those people run with green lights... more depth perception... or maybe the brain cancer is destroying the vision-related areas in my brain. Hard to tell. 25:40 up, 19:19 down.

Ran the Quicksilver loop. Felt great! As I was coming back on Elwood Road, on some house's front lawn, there were those fake deer. And all of a sudden they started to move. And then I saw those were real deer, eating up on some bush. Totally oblivious. As I ran by, they gave me that look... and went back to eating the bush. All with the traffic and people around. Wonderful.
Note
After the run, I got severe motion sickness. Yuck. A part of it may have been the polyurethane smell in the house from all the continuous home improvement.

2×Baylands, mostly with Jim Waite. 25:13 23:33. My two sides (left and right) feel very differently now... the left-side stride is shorter and the knee bends less.
