Easy running 51:15 [2] 10.16 km (5:03 / km) +52m 4:55 / km
ahr:151 max:169 shoes: Road Mizuno

Ran Baylands. Felt fine; but, seems like I pulled the left achilles. No wonder, since I have been pretty tight ever since those pressure issue started. 26:09 25:06.

Easy running 50:24 [2] 10.16 km (4:58 / km) +52m 4:50 / km
shoes: Road Mizuno

Felt much better on the levees today; no heaviness in head. Maybe because the critical product shipment finally left the door today at 5 pm.

Easy running 55:55 [2] * 10.16 km (5:30 / km) +52m 5:22 / km
(sick) shoes: Road Mizuno

Baylands. Felt slow, dizzy towards the end. Read a Colorado Day 3 map, still without my route drawn. Remembered pretty much everything. It's notable how the most memorable observations are forest/open; the pictures of moving through the woods (darker) or through more sunlight just pop at you back from memory. Relief features are harder to recall, and point features are the hardest. It is almost impossible for me to recall which side of a point feature I went even a day after. Maybe this all has to deal with how much we use certain types of features while navigating (always have to be aware of forest/open and relief, but not always use point features), or maybe with how early in one's learning the corresponding awareness became active, and the brain recognition pathways formed.

All this early week, still lots of get-the-product-shipped pressure, and not much time or desire to run.

BP this morning: 126/78. So, whatever this thing is, seems that one of its manifestations is a BP that easily goes up with stress or exercise, and then quickly goes back to normal.

Passed on the other BAOC event this weekend. The morning weather was perfect... oh well. Too bad.
