Across to the Limb then high path to the plunge, very soggy and technical to there. Headed over to Ringinglow Road then up to Norfolk Arms, over to Car Park ten back up to viewpoint before high path back down top of the Porter. Left over to the field path by the farm then home via valley bottom.

Felt a bit strained today, lower back not great and hamstrings tight.

Oxstones (#2) directly, straight back down the valley from the trig. HR a bit high on the climb, but otherwise reasonable effort.

Felt strong today, trying to keep it in check and not do too much.
Ran really hard intervals again but could not get HR up sufficiently into anaerobic zone. A bug? No way 152 was max!!
