Finally felt good whilst running so went around Mt Eden. Inner knee pain is getting slightly worse, not sure if maybe it is something I pulled slightly? Should probably rest but seeing as I still need to get to work/ walk around at work which also aggravates it... Will try taking some ibuprofen and see if that does anything.
