| Conditions better, no rain. Sunny but still cool and windy. Dressed appropriately, remembered tissues - what a difference! Pecs sore from boxing so running was painful. Much better run today though! Wished I would have run further 'cause legs felt good. Took a new south route, some difficult footing but I learned Darby naturally knows best path to take. Makes her a helpful running partner. 16:40 out with 3 downhills/2 up (one poop scoop stop), 14:39 with 2 downhills/3 tough uphills. | ||

| Slow run against forces of nature! Very bitter, wet and windy. 15:50 minutes out against wind, downhill. 14:30 minutes back, uphill. Forgot tissue, breathing extra difficult. Sore from boxing. Should have taken a rest day! | ||

This week: 10 minutes of punching drills then circuit. The circuit was 25 sets of left right punches, 15 push ups, 25 step ups, 10 lengths of sprinting, 25 step ups, 15 push ups, 25 sets of left right punches in under 2.5 minutes - short rest then repeat for 40 minutes. | ||
