Not my finest O, but pretty good. Fell over pretty hard 2 thirds in so just jogged the rest. Great, tough course!

First attempt at a nasty 2.4K loop with 90m climb and almost all off-road. Decent time of 10:20. Lovely weather. Had to force myself out though, my legs were really sore.

Pre football run
First proper run back. Knees were ok, but definitely about as far as I can run without them giving in. Feeling really unfit, especially on the hills. Lovely weather and much enjoyed though :)
