Had to get up early and help setup so not the best prep for a race. Felt ok once I got going and was really clean and smooth round the first section. Then I did a little parallel error and boom down 2 mins. Then reprimanding myself I proceeded to lose 3 mins to the next one. Bit disappointed but take it forward to next week.
