Early morning Nordic walk from home along the River Sprint to Kendal, down one side, back along the other. Awful wet, windy weather. Like walking on sludge. Feeling good - the forecast is even worse later!

Nordic walk along river Sprint after dropping Ash off to cycle into school. Right achilles tight after the Dirty Double weekend, so no running. Feeling good.

Ullswater Trail - another jaunt with my poles, walking the tarmac and uphills, slow jogging the downhills and flats. Some great rocky, technical sections and enjoyed every step. Achilles fine for this sort of thing.
