Slept well. Woke up with 0530 alarm but tired and dozed off again and woke up 0615. No aches or pains lying in bed, whilst getting dressed or walking around.
Had a coffee and then headed out in the rain for 60' easy run. Stuck to pavements.
No niggle in left glute for majority of run - became slightly aware of it after 30'. 1/10 at most. As usual - came and went for no apparent reason.
Left ankle continues to be fine.
At 40' gone, arch of my left foot became really tight and painful to run on. Maybe 3-4/10. Didnt get any better, if anything it got worst. After the run, when walking about it continued to feel tight and would cramp up if I flexed my foot. Never had anything like this before. Not sure why it came on - was running in normal trainers, wasnt running differently to compensate for any other injury that I am aware of and ground was flat/even.
Left glute was okay for the rest of the day and left foot got better too.
