Farmland Cycling Tour
Organized by Scenic Hudson.
Start and finish at Poet's Walk Park in Red Hook.
A little foggy at the start, which was nice. Once the fog burned off, the temperature rose quickly into the 80s. Very nice route. All on good roads. Those that had much traffic usually had enough shoulder to stay out of trouble. Signs were more than adequate. Donuts, fruit, cider and water at the start and the four refreshment stops (on my course). Food (chicken wrap, veggy burger or beef burger) and a beer (while they lasted) when done.
Also, other snacks and a free t-shirt. All this for the entry fee of $0.
This was my longest bike ride ever (I had done 47km earlier this year).

Note

Helped at another O event at Winding Hills. This one was part of the Orange County Senior Games. Most people seemed to enjoy it. Some indicated that they would like to try more. We'll see.

Another run at Winding Hills. Rather lethargic. Walked several hills, including one that I wouldn't be able to run on my best day.
