my run was horrible, i have no strength. i had to stop two times when i was running up hill. there i lost some time but a lot of time i lost because I am slow. Have to train more.

because there was such a beautifull day i wanted to go out so i went for a run. but not like i would have a training but just to relax. I ran for cca 15 min than i walked for 3 min or less and than run again and so on.I tried to run up hill but i am still weak in my legs.

today i had rest day. I know this is soon but my freind had b. day so I spent some time with her. today i got a membership card from ŠKl ( šolska košarkarska liga). Nice isn't it :))

ran around skirca and tičnica. Twice i had to stop because of pain. I will never stop training again. I could run 10km but now i can only run 5 km. It is hard to start over again but now it is too late to complain. before and after the run i did some stretching and i could fell the difference.

we played volleyball, and did some runs.

I ran on very wet terain, so it was quite heavy. I had to ran over some puddles and a lot of mud :D
It was so much fun :)) I hope tomorrow will be the same.;)
