| I made for 45 min mistakes, my running was horrible. I didn't know what i was doing. I came nice to the place near control but then i just couldn find it. this happend to me four times. but in the end i guess it went better for me. I was less lost and I knew where i will go end why not like in the begining i was runnin only becaus i should do this. |

| played valleyball. before that i had to lead the warm up, but the teacher soon said i can't run my tempo because some others can't follow me. It is nice to hear that. But i am not in as good shape as i would like to be. even do this wasn't training i am glad that i was doing something, so my muscules are able to regenerate faster. |

| nice day so I decided i will go out, went to forest semi running semi walking so i get use to the terain, and i must say i don't know how would i run with a map, i couldn't even decide where would i go. The terain was horrible. i have no strenght to run up hill must work on that. |
