did a lot of running. first socar for warm up than played basketball

i ran for 2km and than i did some exercises for warm up

ran 8 times uphill, one run was cca 120m long. it was stupid because of the wind. for down hill it was better ;)

this was my first training after lipica, where my orienteering sucked and i was totally ruin after it. I was a mess i did some things i usualy don't even like. but after talking to some people i saw that failure happens. now i see where i have to work the most.
