ran slowely for 30 min, not a good run or better to say a bad run. i don't want to just run i want to do orienteerin. especially in days like this when you can't be inside. I found out that i won't have to borrow the orienteerin maps from my club ;))) i could just simply go to NUK :) Yesterday when i was looking for one book i found one magazine, Tabor, there was an article with title, taborniški šport - orientacijski tek. i didn't read it, but it was probably very interesting. :))

i couldn't run my muscules was hurting me, and my leags were like they were made out of lead. Yesterday we had OIV (obvezne izbirne vsebine) it was ok but my kneas hurt me fro the walking, it was mostly downhill. And probablly because we were on our feet for 10 hours

it was the worst training ever, i was too tired, hungry, i felt dizzy, everything hurted me, my legs my arms my stomach and than my coach said to me that i don't train enough and if had traied i shouldn't have any problems running and playing. I was really angry on him, who is he to say to me i don't do enough.
