Cycle to and from hagley park from craft place with Eoin Benton.

3x8 pull ups SS w/ glute exercises
3x8 dips SS w/ core curls
3x8 push ups elevated legs SS w/ core work.

feeling stronger. Will do a block of 6 weeks of this I reckon. Some tension building in my shoulder blade area, will need to watch
