Day of rock climbing - started off in the cave with Jamie, working the 26 warm-up climb going bolt to tbolt. Couldn't get past the 4th bolt. Think I could link up the bottom section when fresh....maybe.

After lunch with Anne and Nicky we went to the Roxx and did some more climbing for hour followed by core work for 10 mins
