the jog there was more tiring than the actual hill reps, felt sick while running probably cos it was not long after lunch but felt better when we got there. let’s just say i never ever want to see myself run again, don’t know why but seeing myself on camera is just weird, but definitely good to actually see how to improve my technique
need to work on moving my arms more while going up the hill but apparently my athletics background has helped me look in control while running so at least i look in control from the outside even if i don’t actually feel in control

funniest part was definitely making eye contact with emma while doing the funny stretches at the start, definitely need to work on my balance cos i cant stand on one leg without falling over, but my vertical jumping is pretty sick. need to do this stuff more often so hopefully it can strengthen my ankles
