I am not going to be doing much running in he next few days (maybe even weeks but I hope that isn’t the case) because of my knees. Instead I am going to do a lot more cycling and I’m going to do my knee conditioning every day.
I was meant to start my training plan today but my knees are to sore and I think it will be a bad idea to go for a run. I’m doing everything I can to get them better and dad has made me some knee exercises to condition them.
