It was really annoying because my speed started to get better towards the last two km. the last two where nearly sub 5 but all the others where trash. Was also really hard because there where no controls and my phone’s gps is terrible and maprunf doesn’t work so I had to use my watch which doesn’t bing when I get to the control

Felt Super grim, my legs just got stuck every step I took My knee felt a little dodgy as well but my nav was good :) I also cut out all the time in the control circles chatting with dad
