my knees felt good for having done a warm-up but they were a little stiff afterwards.

My knees felt good but afterwards they where quite sore.

actually felt really good and i'm going to try a run tomorrow.

Was going to do a long run today but my knees felt really dodgy so I opted for the snc and a long bike ride this evening

Cycling 40:00 [3] 16.0 km (2:30 / km)

Felt pretty good and my knees where feeling really strong.
