Easy 5km (because I have a MapRun tomorrow) with 15s efforts every 1km. Really enjoyed it but my joints where feeling a little tender.

Very short but it’s better that nothing

Little bit tight in my muscles but I rolled them and they felt much better

Actually had a proper heart rate monitor on for once. I did it in 5km sets slowly building up the speed until it got rather tough. Last 5km was my fastest which was really nice. All my bike rides have been on the static bike but I thought it might be good to have it in its own category as the time pace etc is quite different.
