Really fun and I have a bit of a cold so I didn’t really want to go for a run. I have clicked the ill button but it’s not severe I will just be doing a little les running for a few days.

Haven’t done a weight session in a while so I decided to do one I also wanted to log what I did in one of my sessions for once so here it is.
15 reps 10 sets (last 2 sets where incline) bench press 25kg
50 slow bicycle crunches
15 wide pushups
20 slow crunches elbows to knees
30 opposite hand to opposite foot
10 callisthenic push-ups (way to hard :)
