I felt pretty good at the beginning but after a while i got a bit tired. I messed up 1:20 if I hadn’t I might’ve won but I’m happy with how I did.

20min jog with mum (don’t know what pace)
10min tempo (4:40mpk but I had to climb up 120mt)
I felt pretty good and it was nice to run at a fastish pace for some of it.

IMPORTANT. I forgot to add a rep session that I did last week on Wednesday the 3rd. I’ve uploaded it now but I can’t really remember how I felt so I haven’t writen about that

The games where really good fun and involved a lot of quick movement and fast direction change. The distance isn’t very high because we also did some simple core work

Being back at school has really tired me out and I felt like I was falling asleep whiles running which was really weird.

I still had quite a lot of energy in my legs which was nice.
