i just took it easy becouse of yesterday but im happy (ish) with the result

around control two i started getting really dissy and then i think i blacked out, still not 100% sure what happened, but afterwards i just couldnt navigate and my sense of direction was terrible, so i called ita day, i also felt really nauseas dizzy and hot. not a great race

Not a good race. Messed up two controls by about 30 to 45sec mistake. And then four other controls by about 15src. Not pleased. I also messed up the food timings.
