Arms and shoulders - weights and resistance. R shoulder a little sore so adapted some of the exercises. I persisted with the workout though and really pleased I got through it.

First proper swim session - really enjoyed it. Kept at a good pace for 25 then had a slow 5 min then last 5 fast again.
