Police Half Marathon. Course was a little long and definitely had some unpleasant climb for a road race, but was a lot of fun. I can't believe I actually enjoyed that. John ran bandit with me which was nice. In true Police Half style, it was freezing cold....like 0 degrees!

Not my fastest half by any stretch, but I was quite pleased to go under 1:50 considering I am still recovering from Barkley and I have done NO speed training.
