Yes....running! It's so hard to describe how simultaneously blissful and awful it feels to get my heart rate up and run for the first time in 13 days of being completely sedentary and mostly horizontal. I'm starting to feel like a normal person again. Hopefully this week I'll start to find Nicki again.

Three steps forward, one step back. Spent most of today back in bed. Apparently all that teaching and coaching and walking and driving to Canmore and being outside in -15 degrees did me in. The land of the living is not totally ready for me yet!

Walked to and from CCS for my math coaching gig. Felt good to move the body for the first time in 9 days, albeit very slowly. I was so excited to be on the mend that I drove out to Canmore for the Glogg Run. Ended up doing a little walk on the streets while everyone else ran and enjoyed good company and good Glogg.
