Road Biking 1:05:00 [3]

Miserable rainy ride to work this morning. Still better than driving across town though!

Orienteering 15:00 [4]

A good sprint race today at the university. I didn't make any mistakes but was a bit slow off the start. Definitely felt those mile repeats in my legs from yesterday. Now it's time to start winding down for the AR in Vegas on the weekend. Can't wait!

Swimming 1:00:00 [3] 2.8 km (21:26 / km)

8 x 250 m (2 @ Z3, 2 @ Z4, 2 @ Z2, 2 @ Z4)
300 m kick
500 m cool down

Definitely a bit sluggish after the speedy swim yesterday and the long swim Saturday. Always a good way to start the day, though.

Triathlon 1:41:00 [4]

A simulated triathlon with Critical Speed.
1250 m swim - 20:30
45 minute spin
8 km run - 33:33

It was such a fun little practice event, and I got the fastest time for the girls. Run felt sluggish though...looking forward to getting stuck into some speed work in order to rectify that situation.

Road Biking 1:30:00 [3]

A cool down spin in the basement to stretch out the legs after the triathlon this morning.
