Disappointing 2nd plcae, 2 minutes behind 1st. Dang!!
James and I are not deterred and will continue our quest in Montreal on July 12th.

Yet another nice cruisey run to shake out the tiredness from yesterday's long one. I'm looking forward to getting stuck into the speed work this week. Ran around the resevoir with Claire, and added some trail detours in there too. Gorgeous day for running.

Paddled an outrigger canoe with Claire up the Weaslehead. It was the first time I'd ever been in an outrigger and it was awesome. Very fast!

I decided to commute on my bike all weekend, which added up to a fair bit of biking in the end.

A nice cruisy long run up over Nose Hill, down to confederation and back along 14th. Definitely a bit warm out today!
