16 km bike - 29:00 (but included both transitions in the time) 3 km run - 14:00 (definitely off my pace) I HATE the sprint distances because they just hurt. Nevertheless, I finished first female overall so that was good. Times a bit slow on the run but probably because I hiked Prairie Mountain late yesterday afternoon. | ||
