Robert Burnaby Park race - 22 min
Simon Fraser University, o-tervals - 25 min of super fun
Confederation Park, partner-O - 20 min
Renfrew mirco sprint race - 18 min of gong show, including a double mp

Basketball game teachers vs students. Lots of fun. I've definitely lost my BB-mojo, but at least i can still keep up running with those kids.

Yes.....I nailed my first 5.10. It was a 5.10-, but a 5.10 all the same. And then did a massively overhanging 5.9 crack which was super sweet....favourite route so far. But then I was so pooped that I struggled on a 5.8.
