Orienteering 1:51:00 [3]

Long Course Orienteering. And I thought yesterday was a train wreck!! Completely blew this one, but enjoyed almost the longest time on my feet out of all the elite girls. 3rd to last.

Running 5:00:00 [3]

In to Skoki Lodge on a bit of a grey day. Got rescued by LL maintenance guys after we nearly ran into a grizz with 2 very new cubs. Exceptionally cute, especially from the back of the truck as we were shuttled by.

Running 1:40:00 [4]

High intensity run as I kept with the guys on the climb, the flats and EVEN the downhills. Ran Baldy Pass loop with a fairly good sized group.....I think we were 10 + 3 dogs.

Beautiful evening again.

Note

Well-deserved rest day. Pity it what such a nice day because it kills me to drive to work.

Running 3:40:00 [3] 27.5 km (8:00 / km) +1000m 6:46 / km

Powderface Trail, up to summit and then back down to Fox Creek Trail and back along Prairie Creek Trail. I was bagged, as the adventure race, and yesterday's big day finally caught up with me. Was happy to just pull through, even at a slow pace. Ran with Simon who looked very springy and boundy today.

A beautiful day with warm temps, but not too sweltering.

Well deserved icecream sandwich in Bragg was the highlight of the day.

I need a rest day.....or two.....or three!
