I am completed SHATTERED. A great day out. It even warmed up to +2 degrees on the upper trails with the inversion. I was one happy little camper. Except then I came back to Calgary and it was still -22. Sigh.
400 m warm-up
400 m drill: 8 x 50 pull
400 m drill: 8 x 50 m IM
Main Set:
20 x 100 m @ 1:50. Each group of 5 got progressively faster. Was able to hold 1:33 by the end. Still a little ways off my peak but not bad for 3rd time back in pool.
Not sure it is really logable when you just lie there most of the time. More deep breathing and eye-shutting than I would have liked. Certainly a relaxing way to spend my lunch break. And you don't knock back free yoga.
