Back-to-back yoga classes today. Acutally, one was more a pilates/yoga fusion. I figured that I made all that effort to drive down in the horrific conditions that I might has well stay as long as possible. Outdoor activities totally thwarted today. And potentially my drive to Canmore, as well.

Ski touring up Healy Pass. We made some pretty turns in fresh, floaty powder, the repeated, then zoomed out. I am wrecked!

Prairie Mountain then an out and back on Prairie Creek trail. Fabulous afternoon.

Surprised I had any energy left, let alone speed, for JP's fool-O. But I burned around those city streets and muddy parks on fresh legs and had great end to the day.

Telephone Loop. Fantastic evening to be out in the hills, except the trails are still not in great condition with very soft, damp snow underfoot. Made for a slow, tough plod, but with good company and a solid effort. Felt good tonight.
