I was well overdue for a big day on my feet. I was not deterred by the snow that fell overnight but we had to alter our route 3 times and stay very low in the Bow Valley. It ended up being a big loop-de-loop of Canmore which was fun.

Speedy lunch run to burn off pent-up, basement blues. Decided to test myself on the CS mile repeat and suprised myself with a 6:42. Apparently, I can still run fast. Not sure I could hold for 8 times like I used to, though.
