We started well with our closest competitors' headlamps hot on our tails. the night navigating continued to go well. Except then the wheels fell off around 2am. We named those next cpuple of hours "the cluster in Custer". We had to change our route plan in order to get back in time.
It was still good enough for the overall win. I like beating all the boys!
Final stats....90 km of distance with 4600 ft of elevation gain. Not a bad training weekend!
