Orienteering (Club Champs) 1:07:00 [4]

Sprint and Middle distance on the new map in Redwood Meadows. I had two relatively clean runs (especially the middle) which was surprising considering my lack of orienteering this year.

Thorougly enjoyed myself as well.

An absolutely stellar day and a good way to spend a taper weekend. Tomorrow though....I run!!

Most of the way up Sky Pilot, until 50m slab crux that I was too scared to free climb. Next time.....

Amazing, amazing place, though.

Total time of hike was 7:30, but we spent a little bit of that sitting on our butts having lunch and "taboggining" down the glacier.
