Running 2:15:00 [3] 20.0 km (6:45 / km) +220m 6:24 / km

A very slow run with lots of walk breaks because I feel very fatigued for some reason.

Explored the trails in Hidden Valley Ranch which were really cool.

Running 1:40:00 [3]

G8 long loop in Canmore. Light snow in the trees and sloppy mud in the meadow. A faster pace than usual with Bruce leading the charge and keeping us on our toes. Was hoping for a longer run today but I was pooped after that so happy to call it a day. Afterall, there is still plenty of the weekend left.

Alan, Kim, Suzy, Danny, Doug and Bruce, with Rick showing up in random places with his camera.

Running 1:35:00 [3]

Nose Hill loop before the supposed storm rolls in. Windy and cold but nice to be out after 4-day hiatus from running.

Hill training/Scrambling/Hiking 1:45:00 [3]

Stairs x 32.
Was going to do 35 but I decided to leave something to shoot for next week.

Thought I would have the stairs to myself seems there was a blizzard, but this rediculous 30-person boot camp started doing repeats while hauling 20 lb dead weights in one arm. I just kept thinking, does anyone in the group ever question the wisdom of the trainer in prescribing stair repeats carrying a heavy weight on one side of the body. They must in bed with a local chiropractor. For some reason it was making me so mad, and not because I was in danger of being smacked by a swinging dumbell.....which was definitely a risk!

XC Skiing 2:00:00 [2]

XC ski halfway into Lake O'Hara before we got annoyed by the sticky snow and bad wax job and turned around.
