Tough tough race. Fun times though and beautiful course.

A very easy slow yoga session

Time approximate as I did not read the download results. I had a clean race, but it was super easy course with lots of long straight running legs. And I know the university so well that I don't have to think too much. Good to spin the legs after sitting on my behind for 3 days.

Warm-up, so I don't pull a muscle 3 days before Miwok.

Note

I am resting. Like not running for 2 days in a row. My legs are already getting itchy but hopefully, when I let them loose at Miwok, they will go and go and go.....and they will go fast.

Tunnel Mountain then a big loop on the Hoodoo trails. So nice to be on dry ground the ENTIRE time.

I felt strong the entire day which was a good confidence boost going into Miwok next weekend.
