WOW.....that hurt.

All things considered (no marathon-specific training, 11th hr trip to Toronto, first pavement race in 4 years, 3-weeks post Miwok), I think I have to be happy with that time. And I am!

I am hoping for a very quick recovery so I can get back to where I belong - running mountain trails!
