I'm pretty impressed with myself for banging out a semi-decent run in the -22 degree wind chill. Almost got frostbite running south into the breeze but managed to suck it up and push to my targeted turn around.
It was slow going because of snow, ice and cold, but happy with the effort.

The lunges nearly killed me after yesterday's squat session.
Couldn't really do the bar holds for more than about 6 seconds.
