Worked on DU's and TU's. I got my first triple-under and then managed 3-4 more. I also seem to have worked out how to do the kipping pull-up.

Total time 23 min.

On the first round I used 20# DBs and 12# ball, but realized quickly that I would not last so scaled waaaay down.
