with 4 burpees each minute on the minute.
10:45 (so 40 burpees).
20 lb load, except for overhead squat where I just used the dowel to work on my form and mobility.
Last workout at Southern XF before heading back to Canada tonight. Sad to leave Oz, as always, but back soon-ish!
Back the mountains and back to the proper run training.
