Morning run

Orienteering (High Wycombe METRO) 36:00 [3] 7.4 km (4:52 / km)

Had a good run. Wasn't super happy with my route choice as I made a change of plans on the fly but when I came home and measured, the new route was actually shorter by 200 m. Ending up dropping four controls that were all pretty close to the start/finish (#1, 2, 26, 27) so I know I ran further than required. Just saw that Juffy ran 6.6 km, so indeed....an extra 800 m. YIKES! I think the SW corner had lots of squiggly running. I suck at seeing the best route in an instant. Good thing I have all summer to practice. My goal is to actually get to enough races to get a score up on the series ladder. Got the female win today so that's a good start.
