Long Advanced Course. It was all good until I ran completely off the map and spent 15 minutes trying to match what obviously didn't match.

2 min box jumps (about 25 each set)
2 min pull ups
2 min kettle bell swings

Box jumps were tough with tired scrambling legs and I seemed to aggravate my front shoulder during the pull ups so I heavily banded them. KBS were great.

A sunny, lolly-gagging day spent up on South Baldy and then Midnight Peak, making the loop down the direct bushwhack route. Super awesome day spent high.
