Decided to dust the cobwebs of this WOD. The only time I have ever puked in Crossfit. I took it a little easier today but still, it is unlikely I will have function of my arms for the next few days. Who needs arms? I'm a runner.
WARM-UP 5:00 min bike, monkey bars.
1600 m run
150 double-unders
50 burpees
800 m run
100 double-unders
35 burpees
400 m run
50 double-unders
20 burpees
34:05....not bad considering my 400 m track is actually 430 m.
