Yes....running! It's so hard to describe how simultaneously blissful and awful it feels to get my heart rate up and run for the first time in 13 days of being completely sedentary and mostly horizontal. I'm starting to feel like a normal person again. Hopefully this week I'll start to find Nicki again.
