Running (Park Run #3) 24:37 [5] 5.1 km (4:50 / km) +23m 4:43 / km

I went with music today which distracted me from the pain a little, and kept my legs turning over a little faster. Splits were good:

4:58
4:52
4:47
4:48
4:47

Still can't quite keep that 4th kilometer under control, but I'll get there.

Walking 45:00 [2] 5.6 km (7.5 kph)

To and from Park Run.

Miscellaneous (Ecstatic Dance) 2:00:00 [2]

That was so cool.

4.30 am REVO.
I'm determined to see the sun rise every day from now until I leave beautiful Perth.

Swimming (UWA Squad Training) 1:05:00 [3] 2.35 km (27:40 / km)

So much kick (600 m total!!)

Bike Commute 1:20:00 [3] 28.0 km (21.0 kph)

To the brewery and back!!

Walking 1:15:00 [1] 7.8 km (6.2 kph)

Bike Commute 30:00 [2] 11.0 km (22.0 kph)

It was just one of those evenings - hot, steamy, and perfect. To close out the day, I put on my bikinis and flipflops and did what you can do only in Perth in the summer, rode the 5.5 km down to the beach for a ploof in the ocean. I didn't even take a towel.

Yep, this is paradise.

Road Biking 3:40:00 [3] 82.5 km (22.5 kph) +630m

To Burns Beach.
Rode the southerly wind all the way north in the cool of the morning. Enjoyed watching so many people out exercising and enjoying early morning beach life. But then I turned inland to return home and the temperature turned furnace-like. I went too long before stopping to refill my water and had to fight my way all the way back to the city into the wind. Yikes, that's ended up being a tough one.
Have spent the rest of the day like a zombie in a state of post-heat-exhaustion.
Hoping to try that route again before I leave, but go all the way up to Quinns Beach and then jump on the train home.

Walking 1:05:00 [1] 6.15 km (5.7 kph)

Claremont Quarter to Allen Park (for concert) then home.
