Warm up + drills. Session of 700m x 4 as crocodiles (so every about 20 seconds harder sprint). Feeling really good however wasn't running at my max as I had to keep a pace in line with my running partner. Very muddy and slippery out tonight so that added an extra challenge! Run back afterwards as warm down.
