Gentle run in the dark and rain with some waist deep bogs to add in the mix w/ Euan.

Warm up + drills. Session of 700m x 4 as crocodiles (so every about 20 seconds harder sprint). Feeling really good however wasn't running at my max as I had to keep a pace in line with my running partner. Very muddy and slippery out tonight so that added an extra challenge! Run back afterwards as warm down.

Workout session at the chiropractor for my back with planks+ exercises +many more core strenthening.

400m x5 with hills repeats. Wasn't feeling my best so did not do 200m x3 which I planned to do after as a shorter faster session although nice to get out. wu+wd. and warm up drills.
